Cyprus

Cyprus is one of our Serendipty Cheese line cheeses. It is a raw, cow’s milk cheese that is flavored with all natural Mediterranean ingredients.

Italian olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil dot the semi-soft paste of the cheese and make for a slightly salty and herbal flavor. The staff likes to say that is smells like pizza when we are making Mediterranean Feta, so try it in all your favorite Mediterranean recipes! (This cheese was formerly named Mediterranean Feta.)
