Mail Order Customer Service Associate – Seasonal
FLSA: Non- Exempt
Position Reports To: Mail Order Manager
Primary Focus of Position: Responsible for fulfilling orders, ensuring order accuracy, and responding to all mail order customer requests.
Essential Responsibilities of the Job
Build gift boxes; assemble baskets; pack boxes, and prepare and fill orders as required.
Scan orders and navigate computer screens to verify order information and instructions.
Efficiently and accurately process transactions including gift certificates and specialized shipping requests.
Follow all written and verbal job instructions
Ensure proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory.
Accurately receive and process shipments as directed.
Ensure shelves are stocked for packing boxes in an efficient manner.
Assist with inventory activities as directed including reporting discrepancies to the Mail Order Manager.
Coordinate workflow with fellow workers and other team members.
Load and unload products from vehicles when necessary.
Maintain quality of products while keeping track of any damaged inventory and reporting it for replacement to the Mail Order Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Level of Education/Experience
Must be at least 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
