Named after our second son, Asher Blue has a unique, natural rind and creamy-crumbly texture. This Blue has slightly pungent, mushroomy aromas and earthy, grassy flavors with an unexpectedly mild, salty finish. Blue cheese is one of the hardest cheeses to make and that is just the kind of challenge Jeremy needed to start making it.
THOMASVILLE TOMMEA french table cheese made in the style of a Pyrenees mountain farmhouse tomme. This natural rinded, semi-soft cheese is aged for sixty to ninety days for a subtle yet complex earthy flavor and creamy texture. Great in a wide range of culinary applications.
LIL' MOOA Fresh Cow's milk cheese with endless possibilities. It is distinguished by a slight yellow hint and it can be used as a spread, in a wide range of recipes, or it can be eaten by itself. Lil’ Moo is similar to a cream cheese, but it’s tangier and brighter with an almost yogurty flavor profile. The Garlic and Chive Moo is wonderful as a spread or even a dip for chips or bread.
