Fuego is a mild-to-medium heat cheese with an exotic nuance of garlic, toasted cumin, and smoky paprika, balanced by savory Hatch green chile and green onion. Fuego was inspired by the appreciation of when a bowl of queso arrives at your table at your favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. We suggest pairing this cheese with an Amber Ale, Albariño, and Tempranillo wine. You can melt this cheese on a burger or use it in queso fundido or a quiche! Approximately 6 oz.
