Bacon Pimento Cheese Bites

Bacon Pimento Cheese Bites 

Difficulty level: Easy  

Ingredients:

• 2 15-count mini fillo shells
• 8 pieces of bacon, cooked 
• 1 Sweet Grass Dairy Pimento Cheese 
• 1/2 cup pepper jelly, melted 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill each mini fillo shell with 1 teaspoon of pimento cheese. Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of melted pepper jelly. Sprinkle a few bacon crumbs over the top of each cup. 
2. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
