Sweet Grass Dairy makes every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. We carefully pack and ship all our perishable products in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. Just a note, every product is hand made, hand cut and hand packed, so some inconsistencies may occur.
GUIDELINES TO RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- If a product arrives unsatisfactory due to a shipping snafu, or if the quality does not meet your expectations, please do not return the product. Give us call as soon as possible at 229-227-0752 and we will happily arrange a solution.
- Due to a legal agreement with our credit card authorization company - we are only able to refund purchases within 90 days of purchase. If it's past 90 days, we will provide you with a replacement of equal or greater value. Refunds are processed within 2 business days but may take up to 5 business days to show up on your credit card statement. To check on the status of a refund, please call 229-227-0752.
- We will ship your order as soon as possible, but are limited to weekday shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. Shipping prices and arrival dates are clarified during checkout.
- The most common mistake in the shipping process is an incorrect addresses. In particular the suite number or apt #. Please triple check the address for accuracy and we will do they same.
- We strongly suggest that you notify your gift recipient, so that your gift may be expected and opened immediately upon arrival, and refrigerated.
