Warm Garlic Butter Melted Green Hill Recipe

Garlic Butter Baked Green Hill 

Difficulty level: Easy  

Ingredients:

    • 1 Green Hill 
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh or dried
    • fresh cracked black pepper
    • Serve with crackers or bread

Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Score the top of the Green Hill in 1/2 inch deep criss cross cuts. Place the Green Hill in a small baking dish. 
    2. Combine the garlic and melted butter. Pour the mixture on top of the Green Hill. Sprinkle thyme leaves and fresh cracked black pepper on top. 
    3. Bake for roughly 10-15 minutes, or until the Green Hill is completely melted. Serve warm with crackers or bread!
