Georgia Gouda & Peach Skewers

Georgia Gouda & Peach Skewers 

Difficulty level: Easy  


    • 1 peach (that is still a little firm) 
    • 6 oz of Georgia Gouda 
    • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
    • Skewers
    • Optional: Honey of your choice 


    1. Cut the peach in half and carefully remove the stone. 
    2. Cut the peach into small cubes. 
    3. Place the peach in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil and fresh thyme. Stir gently to coat the peach cubes. 
    4. Cut the Georgia Gouda into cubes (be sure to cut the same amount of cheese as you did the peach cubes). 
    5. Thread a cube of peach and then a cube of Gouda onto each skewer and set on a serving tray. 
    6. Optional: Add a drizzle of honey on top! 
    7. Serve immediately.
