Hot Bacon Cheese Dip

Hot Bacon Cheese Dip 

Difficulty level: Easy  

Ingredients:

    • 16 ounces of Lil' Moo Original 
    • 4 cups shredded Georgia Gouda
    • 1 cup half-and-half cream 
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
    • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 
    • 1 teaspoon mustard 
    • 16 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled 
    • French baguette, tortilla chips, or veggies to serve 

Directions:

  1. In a 1-1/2 quart slow cooker add  the Lil' Moo Original, Georgia Gouda, half-and-half cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, and mustard. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Once the cheese is all melted, add in some of the crumbled bacon, saving what you'd like to put on top of the queso. 
  3. Serve with a French baguette, tortilla chips, or veggies!
