Lil' Moo Cinnamon Cookies

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) softened
  • 4 ounces Lil' Moo Original, room temperature 
  • 1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1 & 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 



  1. In a large bowl, mix together the butter and Lil' Moo Original with a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar until combined.
  2. Then, add egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine. Add flour in slowly until fully incorporated, scraping the sides as needed. Place the dough in the fridge for one hour to rest.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Roll dough into 1 inch sized balls and then roll them until completely coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. 
  5. Bake for 8-9 minutes, until just set. Be careful to not over-bake. It's hard to tell when they are ready as they will not get golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for roughly 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
