Drizzle a small amount of oil and spread evenly over each potato with your hands.
Season the exterior of each potato with sea salt.
Bake in the oven on a sheet pan for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Slice each potato almost in half lengthwise. Use a fork to “fluff” the cooked potato. Scoop a generous tbsp. of Lil’ Moo Garlic & Chive and mix into the potato.
