Heat oven to 400°F. Roll sheets of foil into cone-shaped molds. Unroll the dough and use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough lengthwise into 8 (1-inch) strips.
Wrap 1 strip around each mold to create the carrot shape. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. (Keep the tin foil in the molds while baking.)
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, beat the Lil' Moo Original, parsley, and chives with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined. Pipe or spoon the mixture into the cavity of each crescent roll. Top with sprigs of parsley for the carrot top. Enjoy!
*You can also substitute the Original Lil' Moo for Garlic and Chive Lil' Moo for a milder taste! If you chose to do this, we recommend removing the chopped parsley and chives from the ingredient list.
