Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
10 eggs
8 ounces of Sweet Grass Dairy Pimento Cheese
1⁄2 cup of Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
Dash of Salt
3 pieces of Bacon (optional)
Directions:
Peel hard boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove egg yolks and place in food processor, mix until finely ground.
Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, and salt into a mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise mixture into food processor and mix with yolks until smooth consistency.
Fold pimento cheese into yolk mixture.
Put mixture into a piping bag and fill egg whites.
OPTIONAL STEP: Break pieces of cooked bacon and put them on top of the deviled eggs once finished.
