Pimento Cheese Grits
Difficulty level: Easy
Ingredients:
4 cups of whole milk
1 cup Quick Grits (or whichever grits you prefer)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Sweet Grass Dairy Pimento Cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Tony Cachere's seasoning (or something similar)
1 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions:
Cook grits according to package directions with 4 cups of whole milk and 1 tsp salt. This should take roughly 10-15 minutes.
When grits are cooked to your liking, remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm and enjoy!
