We’re excited to introduce a system around our creative endeavors named Paradox. This program allows us to experiment and get creative with the cheesemaking process and gather valuable feedback from our industry and customers. These cheeses may be “spin-offs” of our core cheeses, experimental batches with new flavors and seasonings, or brand-new cheeses that no one has tasted before.
